Picture this framing was born out of a house renovation and a love of woodworking. After completing a major home renovation and looking for the perfect picture to frame and hang in the living room space, we just couldn’t find what we were looking for. Eventually we found the pictures we had been looking for, but the next stage getting them framed seemed to be the next road block. Yes, there were some good pictures framers out there, offering a good service, but that’s not what we wanted. Growing up in the beautiful South West of Western Australia, developing a love for woodworking as a teenager, then having a career in the timber industry, I needed something authentic, warm and locally hand made. The result – PICTURE THIS FRAMING. We specialise in custom picture frames from Western Australian sustainably sourced native timbers. Picture this Framing offers a variety of specialised, custom picture framing solutions. We offer standard behind glass framing, stretching canvas prints and shadow-line/box framing to finish off your canvas prints. All out mouldings are custom made from scratch out of sustainably sourced timber. Timber speicies include Marri, Jarrah, Ebonised Jarrah(black), Blackbutt, and Sheoak.
